How can I become a panel member?

Click here to register. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Click on the activation link to confirm your registration and then login to complete your panel profile.

Why don’t I receive the confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you find the email move it to your inbox and indicate that you would like to receive mail from us in the future, if not contact us.

Why am I unable to register?

You might be in a different country or close to the borders. If you are unable to register on our website kindly email us at info@panelgate.com or contact us on Facebook.

I forgot my login password. What should I do?

Go the login page click “forgot password”. Insert your email and click “reset password”. Then check your email for a new password.

How often will I receive survey invitations?

We can’t say how often you will receive invitations because it depends on the number of surveys we conduct and the needs of our clients. Some members will receive more invitations than others because they are in the target group for specific clients.

How much will I receive for completing surveys?

It depends on the type and length of surveys. Kindly refer to the survey invitations for specific amounts.

How do I redeem my survey reward?

1- Login to your panel account.
2- Click on “Your Profile”
3- Click on ” Redeem Reward”
4- Select your preferred payment option such as paypal, amazon gifts certificate, mobile money, airtime top-up or donate to charity.

Where can I find the surveys?

Check your emails regularly for survey invitations, your online panel account or OpinionApp for active surveys.

Sometimes a link says that the survey is closed. Why?

We try to leave our surveys open for as long as possible. However, some projects have tight deadlines so we start analyzing the data as soon as the targeted number of people have answered. It’s therefore advisable to complete the surveys as soon as you get the survey invitations.

Can I have two accounts as a panel member?

No. You are not allowed to create more than one account. Doing so is regarded as fraudulent behaviour.

How do I get more survey invitations?

If you are interested in receiving more surveys it is a good idea to make sure your profile is complete and fully updated. You can see and edit your profile by logging on to your account.

How to complete your profile

i) Login to your account and click on “Your profile” to the bottom right.

ii) From the right-hand column under “Further Profiling” click on topics such as education, household,… to complete the very short surveys.

iii) Once that is done, the text at the right of the topic will change from “Take Now” to ” Revise”.

Will I get spam as a result of signing up to the survey panel?

No. We are not in the business of selling personal data to third parties. Your contact details will only be used to contact you for research purpose and to send rewards. We take the security of your personal data very seriously and obey all laws regarding personal information protection and follow international standards issued by ESOMAR (the world organization for market research).
